Promo only release in poly-lined brown card die-cut sleeve (04/98);
the sleeves' trim comes in a variety of colours, blue, green, grey,
red, orange, yellow; some copies come with a luggage tag (black
'Thievery Corporation' logo printed on blue cardboard) tied with a
white ribbon to a black adaptor; finished copies have large center
holes, test pressing copies have small center holes.
